About ARCNODE

ARCNODE (Asia Pacific) Holdings Limited builds SaaS products, operates data centre and network infrastructure, and provides cybersecurity services in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore.

What we do

We operate colocation and server infrastructure at facilities in Taipei, Hong Kong and Singapore, joined by our own backbone and connected to local internet exchanges in each market.

On that infrastructure we build and run SaaS products, from live streaming relay to point of sale, and our engineers design networks for offices and events. Our security team tests customers' systems and staff before attackers do, trains their teams, and investigates when an incident happens.

We also hold and manage the assets behind these services: equipment at each site, network capacity and the software we build.

One operator, end to end

We run the software, the servers and the network ourselves. When something needs fixing, one team owns it from the application down to the fibre.

Close to where customers do business

Sites in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore let customers keep workloads and data in the market they serve, and reach the other two over our own backbone.

Cybersecurity

Find weaknesses in systems and people before attackers do, and find out what happened when they get in.

Penetration testing: Hands-on testing of web and mobile applications, APIs, and internal and external networks, with findings ranked by risk and clear steps to fix them.
Social engineering as a service: Ongoing simulated phishing, phone and on-site pretexting campaigns that show how staff respond to real attack methods, with results and follow-up training.
Security awareness training: Workshops and e-learning that teach staff to spot phishing, handle data safely and report incidents, shaped by what our assessments find.
Digital forensics: Evidence collection and analysis after a security incident, with chain of custody preserved and reports written for management, insurers and legal counsel.

Enterprise networking

Network build-out for offices and event venues, planned and run by the same engineers.

Office networks: Site surveys, cabling design and hardware selection for multi-floor offices, with wireless planned for stable coverage and roaming.
Event networking: Bandwidth planning, on-site cabling, Wi-Fi and live monitoring for expos and conferences, then a fast tear-down.
